Who is Jake Ross?

Jake Ross is a leadership coach, organizational consultant, and community builder who specializes in creating cultures of belonging. Founder and CEO of BelongTogether, he has devoted his career thus far to studying, teaching, and practicing the art of nurturing belonging. Jake has worked on dozens of events, reaching thousands of people worldwide. His journey to this work began at age 20, when Jake learned that community and belonging can love a person back to life. Jake recently collaborated with his father, Howard Ross, on a new edition of Howard's bestseller Everyday Bias. He expanded the existing conversation to explore how bias-reinforcing behaviors in social media and AI contribute to further divisiveness, and how we can work to combat them to create a world where everyone can feel like they belong to something bigger than themselves.
